Can the driver change the route or calculation?
The shared driver view is read-only. It is intended for operational handoff, not for editing the dispatcher's LogicCalc calculation.
How long does the driver link remain valid?
The link expires after 30 days. If the operational route changes materially, create and send a fresh link so the driver receives the latest dispatch plan.
What to check before sending the link
A driver link is a handoff of the calculated plan, not live truck navigation or a substitute for current road and site information.
- Confirm the final stop order, addresses, appointments and service details before creating the link.
- Live traffic, temporary closures, truck restrictions and site instructions must still be checked for the actual journey.
- Treat the public link as operational information: share it only with the people who need access and send a new link after material route changes.
