01

Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using LogicCalc Pro, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02

The service

LogicCalc provides tools for route planning, cargo calculations, transit-time estimation, cost modelling, saved routes, analytics and related logistics workflows. Features may be changed, improved, limited or discontinued.

03

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to LogicCalc.

04

Permitted use

You may use LogicCalc for lawful logistics and business-planning purposes. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, overload infrastructure, scrape the service at scale, distribute malware, abuse AI features or use the service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.

05

Estimates are not guarantees

Routes, distances, driving times, rest periods, tolls, fuel use, emissions, cargo fit, costs and prices generated by LogicCalc are estimates based on available data and user inputs. They may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.

You must independently verify addresses, road restrictions, legal driving requirements, vehicle suitability, cargo dimensions and weights, tolls, ferry costs, customer rates and all other information before making operational, safety, legal or commercial decisions.

06

AI Autofill and AI advice

AI features can misunderstand documents, images, dates, quantities, addresses or cargo details and may generate incorrect or incomplete output. Review and correct every AI-generated result before relying on it. Do not upload content you are not authorised to process.

07

Your content

You retain responsibility for route, cargo, pricing and other information you enter or upload. You grant LogicCalc only the limited rights necessary to process, store and display that content for providing the requested service.

08

Intellectual property

LogicCalc, its interface, branding, original code and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Third-party maps, data and services remain subject to their respective rights and terms.

09

Availability and external services

The service may depend on hosting, email, mapping, routing and AI providers. LogicCalc does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, capacity or legal reasons.

10

Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure or third parties, respond to unlawful conduct, enforce these Terms or address material security risks. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion where available.

11

Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, LogicCalc is not liable for losses caused by reliance on unverified estimates, user input errors, third-party services, interrupted availability or indirect and consequential business losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12

Changes and governing rules

These Terms may be updated when the service, legal requirements or business model changes. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way. Mandatory consumer rights and other non-waivable protections remain unaffected.
