Questions, answered clearly.
How LogicCalc calculates routes, stores workspaces, protects commercial data and uses optional services such as AI Autofill.
What is LogicCalc designed to do?
LogicCalc is a planning workspace for European road transport. It combines multi-stop routing, country rates, fuel and operating costs, driver-time estimates, toll estimates, cargo and axle-balance tools, CO₂ reporting and client-ready PDF summaries.
Where are my routes and settings stored?
The current unsaved workspace, temporary results and selected interface preferences may be stored in the browser you are using. Routes that you explicitly save are stored on the LogicCalc server in your private Archive. Supported account and company settings are also synchronized with the signed-in account.
Can I open a saved route on another device?
Yes. Sign in with the same LogicCalc account and open the route from the Archive. Unsaved changes that exist only in the current browser are not guaranteed to appear on another device.
What is the difference between the workspace and the Archive?
The workspace is the route and calculation currently open in the calculator. It can be restored locally while you move between LogicCalc pages. The Archive contains route snapshots that you deliberately save to your account for later access.
Does LogicCalc use tracking cookies?
LogicCalc does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels or third-party behavioural analytics. Essential authentication and preference technologies are used for sign-in, language selection, security and restoring the workspace.
What can the LogicCalc administrator see?
Administrator analytics shows product-adoption counters such as registrations, calculations, PDF exports, AI Autofill use, Toll Estimator use and saved-route counts. It does not expose route addresses, coordinates, cargo, customer names, company names, prices, rates, costs, margins or country corridors.
How does AI Autofill process an order?
AI Autofill runs only when you submit text or attach a supported PDF or image. LogicCalc sends the source through its server to the paid Gemini API and uses the response to populate structured loading, delivery, cargo and weight fields. You should review every populated value before calculation.
Is AI Autofill content used to train models?
Under the paid Gemini API terms, submitted prompts, files and responses are not used to improve Google's products. The provider may still process or retain limited data for service security, abuse prevention, technical operation and legal obligations.
How can I remove my data?
Clear LogicCalc site data in the browser to remove the locally stored workspace, temporary results and local preferences from that browser. Delete saved routes separately from the Archive. Contact support for requests concerning account data.
Are route, toll and transit-time results guaranteed?
No. LogicCalc provides planning estimates based on available map data, configured rates and the values entered by the user. Temporary traffic bans, local restrictions, road closures, ferries, toll changes, legal driving limits and real operating conditions must be verified before dispatch.
What should I do when country rules change?
Treat Country Rules as a planning reference, not a live legal feed. Regulations can change at short notice. Verify temporary bans, public-holiday restrictions, environmental zones and regional exceptions with official national sources before departure.
How do I report a problem or ask a question?
Describe what you were doing, the browser you used and what result you expected, then email [email protected] .
